1. Delivery
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally despatched within 48 hours. We may, from time to time, part-ship your order. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days we will attempt to contact you via email with an estimated despatch date. We reserve the right to alter ingredients within our mixes if we experience problems with supply/quality.

2.Cancellations and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with our goods you have a right to cancel the order, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please send an email to us before you return the goods, telling us that you are returning them and why. 

3.  Prices and VAT
Unless specified, all prices shown for goods exclude postage and packing. Charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout prior to confirming your order. The price you pay includes VAT for all deliveries.

4. Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

5. Confidentiality
All confidential information are held secure and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer’s details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

All online payments are done through PAYPAL's secure  services. M&B do not accept any responsibility for the security of any data collected by PayPal.

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
